Growing up in a business family and working from 16 has taught me the power of know-how and the value of service. I learned early on the importance of learning by doing and the reflection of a company's competent staff on customer service. 

Post my graduation from Cambridge I have made it my mission to develop every project I lead, the team I work with, and the entity I join. I have throughout my 15 years of Private, Public, and Entrepreneurship experience seen giant companies go and budding companies rise. I have overseen boards and compliance issues that on an international level required deep work from within management to uproot. 

As a result, I have built my company Zadok Eitan Consultancy on 3 founding pillars ( Diagnose, Direct, and Deliver). My methodology has proven its success in each client we have had post our testing phase, we consult and train leaders and employees to bring change from within the establishment to uproot financial strains and mass redundancies. 

We don't need to let the customer bear with the consequences nor the talented leaders and employees, we need to collaborate, train, cooperate, and tailor solutions that guarantee a future for all. 

I am therefore on a mission to alleviate the burden felt by leaders by working on change from within the company, leaders can work above the business as opposed to in the business.
