In 1994, when that wealth transitioned to the next generation, our founder, Mr. M. J. Taleb, didn't just witness the process—he walked the path. He experienced the intricate friction of inheritance, the complexities of multi-jurisdictional compliance, and the critical need for a structure that survives the Principal. Our Co-Founder Mr. G. A. Isturis lived the 2000 transition seeing the changes in land holding structures and the effect of tax changes on hectares of land, emerging as a Civil Engineer he first hand learned the importance of CAPEX, risk & ownership security when wealth is passed down.
